| Mary had no middle name. She grew up in San Francisco del Oro, Chihuahua, Mexico, going to school there to the 8th grade. They had a little one room schoolhouse there with a bilingual teacher. For further education she had to come to the U.S., where she attended Radford School for Girls in El Paso, Texas. She completed high school at Brownmoor School for Girls in Scottsdale, Arizona. From there Mary went to Connecticut College for Women for two years.
In January 1994 she was living at 18375 Lake Forest Drive in Penn Valley, Calif., 95946. Her address in July 1996 was P.O. Box 1101 in Penn Valley.
She married, on 30 June 1951, her first cousin John Harrold Craigie, son of her father's brother Laurence Carbee Craigie. See his record for more information about this marriage and their children.1 |
