	His mother was either Judith Gilpatrick or Sally Haskell, as his father married twice and it is not known which woman was Daniel's mother.2 He was from Wolfeboro, N.H. at the time of his marriage.3

Marriage*	He married Susan F. Varney, daughter of David Varney and Louisa (?). No record of their marriage was found in the Mass. vital records indexes from 1841-50 under the surname Tarbox.
Birth*	William Tarbox Wallingford was born on 23 May 1817 in Kennebunk, York County, MaineG. (Date calculated from age at death. Kennebunk, Maine became a town in 1820 so the town in which he was born was probably actually Wells.)1
Death*	William died on 12 October 1897 in Malden, Middlesex County, MassachusettsG.2
	According to Shackford, William was the son of Benjamin Tarbox. On 1 September 1857 (Shackford just says in 18513) William Tarbox, his wife, and his two children, all of Lynn, all changed their last name to Wallingford.4 The reason for this change is unknown at present.

Marriage*	She married William Tarbox Wallingford, son of Unconnected Families. No record of their marriage was found in the Mass. vital records indexes from 1841-50 under the surname Tarbox.
Birth*	Susan F. Varney was born on 19 August 1820 in Kennebunk, York County, MaineG. Her birth date has been calculated from her age at death of 66-3-5, and her birth place and parentage are also taken from her death certificate.
Death*	Susan died of kidney inflammation on 24 November 1886 in Malden, Middlesex County, MassachusettsG.1

Birth*	Walter B. Wallingford was born about 1846/47 in Boston, Suffolk County, MassachusettsG. He was aged 32, born in Boston to William and Susan F. Wallingford, on his first marriage record. A search was made of the Mass. vital records indexes for the 1840s and the only possibility found was an unnamed male Tarbox born in Charlestown, Mass. on 23 Jan 1846 to William [K.?] and Eliza A. Tarbox.1
Marriage*	He married first Mary E. Currier, daughter of Walter W. Currier and Elizabeth L. (?), on 25 May 1879 in Bradford, Essex County, MassachusettsG. At the time of their marriage Walter was a sail maker living in Malden, Mass. and Mary was living in Bradford, Mass. The marriage was recorded in both towns and neither record stated where it took place so it could have been either, but most likely it was in the bride's home town of Bradford.2
Marriage*	He married Maria Pillsbury Green, daughter of Leonard Green and Lydia Anne Perkins, on 12 October 1887 in Malden, Middlesex County, MassachusettsG. This was the second marriage for both of them. Walter was a sail maker living in Malden, Mass. and Maria was living in Castine, Maine.3
	They were living in Malden, Mass. when their infant daughter Ruth died in 1891. When the 1900 census was taken on June 7th, the family was at 15 Waite St. in Malden. Walter was still employed as a sailmaker.4 In 1910, on April 20th, they were at the same address and Walter was the proprietor of a canvas manufacturing business. In 1920 their address is now 9 Waite St. in Malden and Walter is said to be a manufacturer of canvas goods.5 When Maria died in 1923 the address was back to 15 Waite St..

Birth*	Maria Pillsbury Green was born on 11 February 1857 in Castine, Hancock County, MaineG. Date is calculated from her age at death of 66-10-1. Her death and marriage records said she was born in Castine, Maine to Leonard and Lydia (Perkins) Green. The marriage record called her "Hatch, Maria P. Green" and it was her second marriage, so one name is her maiden name and the other is the name of her first husband. The 1860 census of Castine, Maine, however, clearly shows Maria P. in the household of Leonard and Lydia Green. She was aged 3 in this census taken June 5th.1
Marriage*	She married Walter B. Wallingford, son of William Tarbox Wallingford and Susan F. Varney, on 12 October 1887 in Malden, Middlesex County, MassachusettsG. This was the second marriage for both of them. Walter was a sail maker living in Malden, Mass. and Maria was living in Castine, Maine.2
Death*	Maria died of arterio sclerosis on 12 December 1923 at home, 15 Waite St. in Malden, Middlesex County, MassachusettsG. She was buried on December 14th in Forestdale Cemetery in Malden.3

Birth*	Beulah Wallingford was born on 30 July 1892 in Malden, Middlesex County, MassachusettsG. Her first name comes from the 1900 census, which shows her as born in July 1892.1
Marriage*	She married Gaius A. Morrill Jr., son of Gaius A. Morrill and Alice A. Pratt, on 20 January 1915 in Malden, Middlesex County, MassachusettsG. When they married Gaius was an accountant and Beulah was a stenographer and they were both living in Malden.2
	When the 1920 census was taken on January 2nd, Gains and Beulah were living at 47 Webster St. in Malden.3 In 1930 they were at 15 Waite St. in Malden, probably her parents former home. No children were enumerated with them in either census.4

Birth*

Zachariah Hardy was born on 8 December 1715. Dean Crawford Smith places Zachariah in this family with a birthdate before his parents' marriage, based solely on a typescript genealogy at the NEHGS written in 1903 and 1931 by William B. Ladd titled "Record of the Hardy Family Who Have Lived in East Bradford and Groveland". He doesn't appear with this family in any other records thus far.1
