From the 13 June 1966 Fitchburg Sentinel of Fitchburg, Massachusetts: Littleton Youth, 18, Killed, Passenger Hurt at Ayer. Jeffrey P. Comeau, 18, was killed shortly after midnight Saturday when his car failed to negotiate a curve on Routes 2A and 110, a quarter mile from the Littleton-Ayer line, shot 84 feet into the woods, and skidded 30 feet on its side with the driver beneath. Comeau, son of Littleton Police Sgt. W. Allan Comeau, was dead on arrival at the Ayer Unit of Nashoba Community Hospital where he was taken in the fire department ambulance. Death was due to a fractured skull and fractured neck. ... Comeau, who was 18 in March, resided at 27 Adams St. Littleton for the past five years. Born in Ayer he resided on Groton-School Road and attended Saint Mary's School until his family moved to Littleton when Sgt. Comeau was appointed to the police force in 1961. A junior at Littleton High School, he was a member of the Littleton Civil Defense Underwater Search and Recovery Unit and Saint Anne's Parish. He is survived by his parents W. Allan and Barbara (Clare) Comeau; two sisters, Catherine J. and Cynthia A; a brother, John C. all of Littleton; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Catherine Clare of Peabody, and paternal grandfather, William L. Comeau of Newcastle, Del. Funeral services will be held from the Badger Funeral Home, Littleton, Tuesday at 8 a.m. followed by a requiem high mass in Saint Anne's Church at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery, Littleton..3

When they married in Sep 1966 Joanne was a medical technologist living at 1810 Commonwealth Avenue in Brighton and Joseph was a draftsman living at 24 Elmira Street, also in Brighton.

In Sep 1973 she was living at 207 South Main Street in Sherborn, Mass. when she was the informant on the death certificate for her grand aunt Jennie Dolan. 
Her parents were living at 6 Emmett Street in Peabody, Essex County, MassachusettsG, when she was born. 
Her obituary appeared in the 16 May 2019 Boston Globe and read as follows:

CASELLA, Joanne (MacDonald) Of Sherborn and formerly of the Back Bay and Brighton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 13, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer. Joanne was born on May 8, 1942 to Mary (Kapantis) and John MacDonald. She grew up in Boston's Back Bay and was educated in Boston Public Schools until High School when she moved to Brighton and attended St. Columbkille High. In High School, she met the love of her life, her dear husband, Dennis, to whom she was married for 52 years. After graduating from High School, Joanne attended Northeastern University where she earned both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree. Joanne began working at the New England Deaconess hospital in the laboratory as a co-op student and remained employed there, and after the hospital merger, at Beth Israel Deaconess, for 51 years. At the Deaconess, she began as a medical technologist and worked her way up to becoming the Vice President of Pathology and at Beth Israel Deaconess the Administrative Leader of the Dept. of Medicine. Joanne enjoyed traveling extensively with trips to China, Fiji, the Netherlands, England, Italy, France, Greece and Aruba. In addition to traveling outside of the US, Joanne especially loved spending time on Cape Cod at her home on Scraggy Neck and in Maine at her home on Great Pond. Joanne is survived by her husband, Dennis, daughter Lisa Casella Welsh, son-in-law Brian Welsh and beautiful granddaughters, Casey and Haley Welsh, whom she loved and adored with all her heart. She is also survived by her best friend of 63 years Arlene Chaplin, cousin Tess Angelis, cousin Vincent D'Agostino, dear niece Donna (D'Agostino) Bedigan and nephew John D'Agostino. Funeral from the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, NATICK COMMON, Friday, May 17th at 9am. Followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa of Lisieux, 35 South Main St., Sherborn, at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Burial immediately following at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sherborn. Visiting Hours Thursday, May 16th from 4-8 pm in the funeral home. Joanne and her family wish to thank her treatment team at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital and especially her hospice caregivers who treated her so kindly at the end of her life.
