Evelyn M. Busheme. Walpole. Mrs. Evelyn (Ryan) Busheme, 31 of Walpole, died unexpectedly Wednesday at Norwood Hospital. Born in Boston, she lived in Merrimack, New Hampshire and Jamaica Plain before moving to Walpole four years ago. She graduated from the Our Lady of Lourdes school in Roxbury and the Holy Trinity High School in Roxbury. She was employed for the last three years by the Honeywell Co. in Wellesley. She was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Walpole and taught pre-kindergarten classes at the church school. She is survived by her husband, Paul R. Busheme; a son, Steven A. Busheme; a daughter, Susan T. Busheme, all of Walpole; a brother, John T. Ryan Jr. of Attleboro, and her parents, John J. Ryan and Mrs. Evelyn (Duffy) Ryan, both of Dedham. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m.Monday in Blessed Sacrament Church, Walpole. Burial will be in Saint Francis Cemetery, South Walpole.3 |

STELLA, Charles At 77 yrs. old, was born on November 13, 1943 to Salvatore Stella and Fanny (Busheme) Stella and entered eternal life on December 15, 2020 after a long battle with prostate cancer. He passed away at home surrounded by his family. He was a longtime resident of Wellesley from 1997-2020. Prior to moving to Wellesley, he was raised in East Boston. He attended Sacred Heart High School graduating in 1961. He continued his education obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1970. He worked for Transitron as a technician in the 1970's prior to his disability. Charlie was a man of varied interests. He had a love of music, teaching himself to play both the harmonica and the recorder. He was an avid reader, enjoying philosophy, the classics and science fiction. He took pleasure in studying languages mainly Italian, German and Russian which began in his high school days and continued throughout his life. He always enjoyed a good game of chess with friends. He had a love for his family and enjoyed close and loving family ties. Charlie was predeceased by his parents, Salvatore Stella and Fanny (Busheme) Stella and his brother, Edward Stella of Wellesley. He is survived by his brother, Joseph Stella of Marlborough, his Sister, Marie Parma of Wellesley, and his nephew and niece, Michael and Kara Stella and their children Jacob Stella and Sophia Stella, all of North Attleborough. He is also survived by his loving extended family. In lieu of flowers, donations in the name of Charles Stella can be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Due to Covid 19, the celebration of Charlie's life with friends and family is delayed. His family will look forward to celebrating him in the spring/summer after Covid is resolved. Marjorie Teresa Busheme died peacefully on March 4, 2017, in San Antonio, Texas. Marjorie was born June 29, 1929, in Avon, Massachusetts, the daughter of Joseph D. Gaquin and Marguerite O'Neil Gaquin. She was the youngest and last surviving sibling, preceded in death by her four brothers. Marjorie graduated from Simmons College, class of 1951, and began a career as a registered nurse in Boston, Mass. In 1954, Marjorie married the love of her life, Edward S. Busheme, and was a source of strength and stability for her three sons as they traveled widely for the next 20 years of Edward's military career. After Edward's retirement from the military in San Antonio, Marjorie resumed her nursing career and retired from Baptist Memorial Hospital in 1994. She is survived by her husband, Edward S. Busheme; sons: Edward S. Busheme, Jr., David Busheme (Janet), and Daniel J. Busheme (Diana); two grandchildren, Christine Busheme (Brian Burmeister) and Stephen Busheme (Alexandra); a great-granddaughter, Jules Burmeister, with another on the way; and her sister-in-law, Peg Gaquin.3 |
