Donna Morrissey, 62, of Peabody, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018 in Danvers following a long illness. Born in Danvers, MA, Donna was the daughter of Robert W. Morrissey and step-daughter of Claire of Venice, FLA, and daughter of the late Arlene (Maguire) Morrissey. Donna is also survived by her son Jeremy Domick; a grandson Nash; her brothers, Raymond Morrissey and his wife Christine of Rowley, MA, and John Morrissey and his wife Kim of North Andover, MA; and her sister, Linda Kooyoomjian and her husband John of Seabrook, NH. Donna was predeceased by her boyfriend Dan R. Sigman and is survived by his son Daniel T. Sigman. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew and several great-nieces and nephews. Donna enjoyed walking, listening to music and spending time with her partner Dan Sigman and her friends at the Tannery. She loved her rabbit Darryl and she had a big heart and smile. She loved her family and friends and will be missed. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service in the Berube & Sons Funeral Home, 191 Lafayette St, Salem, Wednesday, January 9 from 9-10:30 a.m. with a service at 10:30. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Salem.2 |

Seabrook - John A. Kooyoomjian, 83, of Seabrook, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 23, 2022, with loving family at his side. He was born March 22, 1938 in Boston, MA a son of the late Avedis Kooyoomjian and Alice (Halabian) Opoian. Raised in Dorchester, MA he has made the seacoast his home since 1992. A career car salesman, he worked at various dealers throughout the New Hampshire Seacoast and North Shore of Massachusetts. John was a man of faith with a huge heart and great sense of humor; who could light up a room with his presence alone. Family was of the upmost importance and he always put their needs before his own, even on his last days. He could often be found with his pipe or favorite cigar watching sports, western or war movies. He also enjoyed cooking and cribbage among many other things. He shared over 40 years of marriage with his loving wife, Linda (Morrissey) Kooyoomjian of Seabrook. In addition to his wife, surviving family members include his children, Danielle Pydynkowski and her husband Billy of Hampton, Carol A. Tuttle and her husband Kyle of Portsmouth, Lisa Gigante, Craig Kooyoomjian and his wife Nikole, Keith Kooyoomjian, John Kooyoomjian and Kevin Jones; several grandchildren including Abria and Chase who held a special place in his heart; siblings, Gloria Raphaelian and George Kooyoomjian and his wife Lucille; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Christina Kooyoomjian; son-in-law, Joe Gigante; and brother-in-law, Leo Raphaelian. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, January 28, 2022, in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton, NH, with a service immediately following at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in the High Street Cemetery, Hampton. |

Christina was a 2001 graduate of Winnacunnet High School. She loved to help children and was always happy. In addition to her parents of Hampton, she is survived by two sisters, Danielle A. Kooyoomjian and Carol A. Kooyoomjian, both of North Hampton; her maternal grandmother, Arlene T. Morrissey of Danvers, Mass; her maternal grandfather, Robert W. Morrissey of Salem, Mass; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Calling hours will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, 811 Lafayette Road, Hampton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church, 289 Lafayette Road, Hampton. Burial will be in High Street Cemetery, Hampton. STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Joseph D. Gigante, 49, of Punta Gorda, Fla., a former Annadale resident, died Wednesday in Tidewell Hospice, in Port Charlotte, Fla. Born in Brooklyn, he moved to Annadale in 1986, settling in Annadale. He relocated to Florida in 2011. A member of Local 3, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Mr. Gigante had been employed in the electrical trade since the age of 19. He attended Empire State College in Manhattan and later taught classes in electrical work at the college. He worked as an electrical project manager at Fiske Electric in Manhattan before relocating to Florida. Mr. Gigante was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Florida. He enjoyed fishing, was a movie aficionado, and had an extensive collection of comic books, sports memorabilia and baseball cards. He also was also a Star Trek fan and collected Star Trek memorabilia. While on Staten Island, he was a parishioner of St. John Neumann R.C. Church, Greenridge. In Florida, he was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo R.C. Church, Punta Gorda. Surviving are his wife of four years, the former Lisa Kooyoomjian ; his daughter, Abria Gigante; his mother, Dorothy Gigante, and two sisters, JoAnn Gigante and Susan Marzetti.2 |
